Personnel who will serve within the body of our company is required to have graduated from university (department of administrative sciences), college or academy (Customs Management or Foreign Trade) and high school.

The pre-conditions for the candidates required to join the personnel of Karaca are as follows:

• To have the required training conditions for the position,
• To have the health condition required for the job,
• To have the knowledge, manners, skills and experience required by the job,
• Not being banned from public rights,
• Not being convicted of any offense,
• Not to be dismissed from disciplinary punishment from the institutions or organizations previously worked,
• The male candidates must have done their military service
• The security investigation should not have resulted in a negative outcome with the applicant
• To have other requirements for position.
